The e juice is my favorite just right combo of Carmel and tobacco excellent value 5 stars :star2: the shipping on the other hand was horrible. Didn’t receive product for three weeks. I don’t know how they advertise 3 to 8 days shipping the experience was a nightmare

If you want a sweet caramel this is the flavor for you. It is much more caramel than tobacco. This is not necessarily bad since it is smooth but I guess I wanted more tobacco.

So I placed a order 10/4 and was notified on 10/14 it was out for delivery in Philadelphia, Pa a week went but of the delivery status updating to the next day and continuously I submitted a help ticket was told they would have a manager reach out no one did. Yesterday my package says it was delivered to a store in Philadelphia even as I noted previously initially your website said my address in Philly was qualified for receiving. I checked online to check store hours and drove over the bridge paying tolls and arrived at a store that was supposed to be open at 11:30am and was closed at 11:45 I waited until 12pm.A month of waiting this is ridiculous I am hoping I can get my money back so I can never shop with you again, please!
