don't waste your money

I've been using these units for 4+ years. For 3 of those years I used 2 units and they worked amazingly. Best pod vape on the market in terms of flavor.

In the last year, however, I've gone through 3 separate devices. They all break down after less than 3 months of regular (but not excessive) use. This one lasted 3.5 months; the one before it didn't even last 3 weeks.

Don't waste your money on these units. Their quality has gone down so much over the past 2 years that you won't even get your money's worth before it breaks on you.

i will never buy from your company again. between the treatment i received when i called to find out why you did not include my most important item (the smok rpm 40 bundle) to being told... "not only did you not get it but you wont get it." i was told i would get a refund but have yet to get one. you and your employees can go ..... blow ps i will be putting your site on my 5 worst online vape stores EVER!!

Nice work design. Has 3 mode level seeing high/low/medium. Works great with salt nics. The no spill fill is rather nice too. Charges up real fast & battery life lasts quite some time (I've only had to charge it once a week). Great color options to choose from too.

Auto firing after hitting

Watch out for this auto draw pod system as these mesh pods do leak some into the base of the device. Mine began continuously firing after I would take a pull. I tried multiple pods with the same result. The device then gets too hot which shorts the battery.

I'm new to the vape world. I'm trying to quit smoking and I asked if I would need to order anything else with my first purchase, the only answer it kept giving was " I'm new I don't understand " 3 repeats later " I don't understand, I'm new". So needless to say my first impression of this site is really bad.

Great Product

I started with this product because I wasn't sure i wanted to vape as a replacement for cigarettes. This is now the 4th one I have owned and love it. It is small enough to fit comfortably in my pocket and lasts all day.

If there is any problem that I would have, it is that the pods leak forcing me to have to clean it multiple times a day. Also, the tabs inside are fairly easily damaged rendering the unit inoperable. If one takes care when cleaning, this can be avoided.
