Out of 10 packs of cartridges there were about 7 cartridges that didn't work. Some of the others leaked. And the delivery person didn't get an electronic signature (which I paid for) from anyone here at the house when delivered. They just left the package on a table by the front door. Not very are practice since a child could have gotten the package and opened it. First time this has ever happened in the last few years I have done business with you.
