What I don’t like is that this is my 3rd pod. The first lasted about 3 months.The second stopped working just over 30 days (32 days) after purchase. This was covered under the warranty but it took 3 months of back and forth, and multiple pictures and videos, to prove I was doing what they asked of me to fix the pod myself. They did finally replace the pod free of charge.
After trying three or four other companies pods while awaiting the replacement of my defective unit I have found that this sturdy, compact, and elegant pod is worth the wait. The others I tried were not able to combine the feel, the look, and the adjustable airflow into one unit.
