Love the M100 kit!! I thought the delayed pickup from the sender was a bit extended, though. All attempts to contact Vaporfi were unduly difficult (chatbot, no phone numbers to call, etc). I had to google the SC store to get the main Vaporfi phone number then wait for a callback. It's doubtful that I'll return to Vaporfi -- good product and price but bad service overall.

So the company promises 3-8 day delivery. Then use a virtual assistant to inform you it may be 10-14 business days before delivery. Then the package still doesn't show up. Even better, that virtual assistant which is next to useless is the only way to contact them outside of mailing them a letter via the post office. Yeah, for a company that is selling products that are addictive, they sure don't seem to care if you get it in a timely manner. I don't recomend this retailer. They have no customer service, at all. Even better, they use some fake tracking system that doesn't tell you anything about where your package is. The retailer is based a single state away from mine, and the package has apparently traveled to multiple hubs and has been in transit for over a week. What hubs? can't tell you because it's obviously untrue. Having worked in the trucking industry I know that the product would have hit the originating center, and at most two hubs, and likely in the same night before being out for delivery. They would also state the city your package arrived at, not just hub.

Small sleek and reliable also the tank on it is pretty awesome it's a tighter pull closer to a cigarette but I kind of like it better. I was able to fit another 5 10 drip tip on top and that kind of changes the pull if you don't like a tighter draw.

No need for batteries since they are rechargeable mods. Smaller tip for ex-cigarette smokers and it doesn’t leak! I’ve tried several types and this is the greatest for a cig feel.

I love this kit. It's a great design and feels great. Has a top flow air tank which is top notch (gives out good flavor and clouds) has a locking switch so no need to press the power button 3 times like others.
