well it took a little bit to get them, got the wrong item the first shipment, But I called and the nice lady, got it straightened out, and on its way to me. Mistakes happen main thing is they took care of the mistake, quickly and without any hassle. Great service, shipping is a bit slow, but it seems to be that way with every vape company nowadays. Even the big dogs, like Phillip Morris are having trouble shipping. I used to use Vuse, and they had same slow shipping once the law passed, knocking the USPS from shipping. Still faster than the last place I tried. ill be sticking with DirectVape from this point forward.
