The airflow dial was loose on the first one I used but I was able to fix it easily. Best price around.
This is not related to this product but it would be nice if the company told you who they were shipping with. Mine was delivered by a medical supply company, I was very confused about why I kept getting calls from them because I wasn't waiting on medical supplies.

Doesnt leak anymore!

These latest replacement pods do not leak like older pods did! Theres no vent holes on the sides like before that would often leak juice out and all over moss and hands. Airflow still remains great and I was so happy when I realized this pod wasnt going to keep leaking and wasting juice, making horrible messes. Now I dont want to throw out the system anymore!
