How do I correct the autofire issue with my SMOK Novo?

Like any vape device, the SMOK Novo can run into a few problems if you fail to clean and maintain it properly. If you're experiencing an autofire problem with the Novo or the Novo 2, the surprisingly easy fix takes just a few minutes. Typically, the autofire problem is caused by e-liquid leaking through the device's rubber seal and onto the air sensor. Carefully disassemble the Novo until you reach the small rubber piece directly above the battery. Once you remove it, you'll be able to access the air sensor. Gently wipe any residue off the sensor, then reassemble the device. Odds are, the auto-firing problem will be resolved.

What are the voltage input and wattage output ranges for the Novo?

The SMOK Novo has a voltage input range of 3.3 and 4.2V and a wattage output range of 10 to 16W. The Smok Novo 2 has the same input range as the original, but with an output wattage range of 6 to 25W.

Can I use the SMOK Mico for sub-ohm vaping?

What e-liquids are compatible with the Mico pods?

How do you refill the Mico pods?

To fill the Mico pods with vape juice, you first need to remove the pod cartridge from the mod. Then, look to the side edge of the pod to locate the red fill plug. Remove the plug, then fill the pod with vape juice up to the maximum fill line. When you replace the plug, make sure it is firmly and securely inserted to avoid leaks or spills. Reattach the pod (it should click in easily thanks to the magnetic connection), then allow about ten minutes for the coils to be primed. Then, you're ready to start vaping!

What is the Mico's resistance range?

Depending on your choice of pod/coil options, the SMOK Mico has a resistance range between 0.6 ohm and 1.4 ohms.

Is the SMOK Mico button- or draw-activated?

The Mico uses a draw-activated operation, but you will need to flip the small power switch to turn on the vape.

How do you turn on the SMOK Mico?

On the side of the SMOK Mico, you'll notice a small toggle switch. To turn on the device, push the switch up. The LED indicator will flicker five times to show that it's ready for vaping. To turn off the SMOK Mico, simply push the toggle switch back into the down position.

Why does my SMOK Mico keep lighting up?

The Mico's indicator light is designed to blink five times in a row when it's powered on, so it may be normal to see the light turning on and off. If the battery indicator light is green, it's communicating a fully-charged battery. An orange battery light means your device is at 30 to 70 percent power, while a red light indicates 30 percent power or below.

How do you charge the SMOK Mico?

When you purchase the SMOK Mico starter kit, you'll receive a USB charging cable. First, plug the appropriate end of the cable into the Mico device. Then, attach the other end either to a compatible wall charger or an electronic device with a USB port.

How do you know the SMOK Mico is fully charged?

When your Mico is connected to its charging cable, the indicator light will be green when charging is complete.

Does the SMOK Mico leak?
